Hi Catherine,

help. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance for your sincere
kindness and support.

Today is 8/2/06. I'm a single parent of a set of sick baby twins. They were born
two months premature and were in intensive care for one month but were under
special and close care by their physicians. From birth they were diagnosed with
neutropenia along with various other illnesses including respiratory problems.
They have always been on special medication, formula, foods, and treatments for
their illnesses. I bought my new home at the end of January 2004. The refrigerator
in my new home is a GE model number GSH22KGPCWW and serial number VFXXXXXX. I
began having problems with my refrigerator during the first year and it continues
today. I have temperature fluctuations, water pools on the floor, food and
medication spoilage continuously. I have lived on and off from a cooler throughout
owning this refrigerator. I have lost over $1000 in food and medication throughout
this time. There have been numerous calls to GE to complain and obtain service but
they have told me the refrigerator is over a year old and not warrantable. While
speaking to GE, they have hung up on me or been rude. Prior to the first year
ending, I received help from the field and others who could help me. I currently
do not have a working refrigerator and once again living from a cooler. My babies
are still sick and I can't afford to fix the refrigerator not to mention to
continuously lose food and medicine. I am now aware that ingesting the ice created
in the freezer section has dangerous materials and I am fearful and filled with
anxiety since my babies and I have had ice in our beverages throughout the purchase
of our home. My refrigerator is defective and is a safety hazard. It is not
acceptable that neither I nor my delicate babies be subjected to this hazard.
